SmartACP® Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) is a high-performance, non-combustible façade cladding solution. It features two corrosion-resistant aluminium skins bonded to a mineral-filled A2 core, tested to EN 13501-1: A2-s1,d0. Designed for demanding applications where fire safety is critical, SmartACP delivers exceptional flatness, colour stability, and workability — all in a lightweight, durable format suitable for modern architectural façades.

FAQs

How to apply?
Install onto a metal subframe using rivets, screws, or hanging systems. Leave a ventilation gap behind the panel.
How to Fill Joint Gaps?
Seal with silicone or close using aluminum joint profiles. For ventilated facades, joints may also be left open.
How to Cut?
Use circular saws with carbide-tipped blades or CNC routers for precise cutting. Always ensure the surface is supported to prevent bending.
